The Process

  • 1) Inquiry

    Fill out the contact form with your wedding date, location, and a few details about your day. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with availability and next steps.

  • 2) Consultation

    We’ll hop on a Zoom call or meet in person to chat about your vision and what you're looking for. I’ll walk you through packages and answer all your questions.

  • 3) Booking & Agreement

    Once you’re ready, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. A signed agreement and retainer officially secure your date!

  • 4) Timeline Planning

    Closer to the big day, we’ll schedule another meeting to map out your timeline, photo priorities, and any must-have shots. This ensures everything runs smoothly.

  • 5) Wedding Day

    The big day is finally here! I capture everything from the getting-ready moments to the fun dance floor – I’ve got it covered!

  • 6) Delivery

    Expect sneak peeks within a week, and your full gallery delivered within 8 weeks. You'll receive high-resolution images in an online gallery, ready to download, share, and relive forever.

  • My editing style is true-to-life, vibrant, and timeless. I want your photos to still feel beautiful 25 years from now —rich colour with natural skin tones, and a touch of warmth to bring out the emotion in every frame.

  • Yes — when you book with Life Photos, you’re booking me, Nathanael! I’m with you from the consultation to the final delivery. I do not outsource weddings to other photographers. If you request it, I can bring a second photographer as well.

  • You’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within one week of your wedding. The full gallery is delivered within 8 weeks, beautifully edited and ready to download, share, and print.

  • Absolutely! I’m based in Ottawa but love travelling and capturing love stories anywhere. Travel within the Ottawa-Gatineau area is included. For weddings further out, I’ll provide a custom travel quote.

  • I’m fluent in English and Tigrinya, with basic conversational French.

  • While I don’t offer full videography coverage, I do provide a short highlight video reel as an add-on — perfect for sharing on social media or reliving a few key moments. If you're looking for full video coverage of your day, I can recommend a few trusted videographers I work closely with.
